LORETTA RAFTERY

Loretta Raftery has over 30 years' experience as a business, labor and employment attorney and human resources expert.  She was formerly Corporate Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for American Golf Corporation, a 23,000-employee golf course management company.  She has a unique background that blends practical business experience with legal expertise in both labor and employment and business law.  Currently, she operates Raftery Law Group and HR/Labor Solutions, Inc., which represents businesses large and small by assisting with business issues and legal compliance, including compliance with wage and hour laws, training, investigation and defense of harassment and discrimination claims.

Raftery is a licensed attorney, admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983. Prior to attending Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, she received a BA in Political Science and an MA in Applied Behavioral Science. She lives in Manhattan Beach, California.

GRANT J. PIERCY

GRANT PIERCY IS A LICENSED ATTORNEY WITH EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT LAW.  HE WAS ADMITTED TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE BAR IN 2013 AFTER EARNING HIS J.D. AND BUSINESS LAW CERTIFICATE FROM USC GOULD SCHOOL OF LAW.  WHILE AT USC, GRANT WAS A MEMBER OF THE STUDENT BAR ASSOCIATION AND WAS THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE CLASS OF 2013.  HE RECEIVED HIS B.A. IN LEGAL STUDIES FROM UC BERKELEY IN 2009.
